How is your regular (port) side surf wave compared to goofy? Stock ballast? Thanks!

Our port wave is great, very rarely do I have to make any adjustments on that side.i like to ride steep and my wife likes mellow. My starboard wave is pretty finicky, sometimes out it’s just hit the button and go, sometimes I have to adjust people to get the same amount of push. It seems like the sweet spot of the wave isn’t quite as long. I’m going to be out tomorrow and I want to do some testing; different levels of ballast, tabs etc.. I’ll try and report back what I come up with for that side.

I look forward to seeing what you find! On our first time out (only one so far, darn job), our port side was super steep, even on mellow settings, starboard side was great. Only two people in the boat, full tank of gas, stock ballast. Hoping I can find a way to adjust settings to avoid adding lead or bags.
