2.25 actuator to 4.25

Has anyone replaced the 101xd with 102s? I have a 2012 x25 and am wondering if the switches are timed or will still actuate and just stop when fully actated with the longer throw? Anyone know?

Actuators are open ended, basically they run out and then can continue unscrewing so they companies set them to go for much longer then needed. Basically they won't stop

The actuator will stop deploying but the motor will keep running as long as power is applied. Both sides of the ball screw design are open ended. So for gsa purposes the timer runs longer than the full deployment and the tab stops moving at fully deployed so switching to a longer actuator in that case would deploy the tab further than desired.
