Trouble shooting Jabsco motors

I have a 2011 X-55 with the BIG system. My KGB Ballast is no longer showing up on the screen, and when I flip the switch manually, the Motor is not making any noise at all. Does not even sound like it's trying to work. Does this sound like a wiring/electrical issue, or a ballast pump issue?? I have the Jabsco pumps previously described and my KGB pump is inverted currently. I just bought the boat used, so I am bummed that the system is already having issues. Any thoughts?!

I would try measuring the voltage at the pump and move back to the switch. I would think the pump not showing on the screen would not be the source of the problem but more likely a result of the problem. There is also a timer in the circuit.

Did you ever find out why your ballast is not showing up on the BIG screen? My KGB and STBD ballast do not show up and I am having issues with my pumps. The move when I flip the toggle but they only jump a little, like an 1/8 inch.

Just wondering if you ever got your X55 BIG/ballast pump problem resolved as I had the exact same problem this weekend on my 2011 X25. All of the pumps stopped working at the exact time. No lights on the switches. Checked every single fuse and breaker I could find but still do not think I found the one for the ballast pumps. Hard to believe all three pumps would fail at the exact same time.
