I have personally seen this whole series from that scene off of her gallery. This is a shot from her pay site. I can't remember the site for the life of me. I am going to dig through my archives tonight to find the series... ...as I remember it was pretty good.

I think you got your bug from someplace else. The water in Cozumel is OK for all uses but drinking. Maybe your hotel was having other issues.

I spent some time in Zacatecas and Monterrey the past 2 months. All was OK. No "accidents" on the flight home. Zacatecas water supply is supposedly spring fed.
