Shouldn't be a problem with a good welder.

My question is, can this be re-welded to stop the leak? Below is an example of the manifold that is on my boat. It is the ETX Cat Stainless Steel Manifold. I circled the area in question where the manifold is leaking from.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It you donít find anyone good to weld it, let me know. Iíve been welding 25 years and the last 16 doing SS manifolds for jet engines. Make sure they use purge gas ( on the back side ) it will help make the penetration clean so you donít get cracks reforming on the inside. Im in Michigan of you want to send it to me PM me and Iíll do it right.

Appreciate the responses!

Indmar has gone to a new design and I certainly didn't want to drop $3k on new manifolds if I can avoid it and get this one repaired.

Ya! .. donít spend that. We can do it a lot cheaper, if you donít find someone. See if you can find out what type of SS it is.
