Jesus that is skinny. Hell I got under 200 pounds and im 6'1 as well and my Dr. told me to put some weight back on as I looked sick. This was long ago and I took it to the extreme...still have a goal of getting to 220-230.

Been a weird year...... Hoping to get down to 165 in the next month and I'll be at college weight again. God bless sugar cookies, ham, and vacation drinking/eating.

Naw not that bad. I'm 5'11 6ftish and at 170 I've got 5-10 extra hanging out.

5' 11" 182lbs. Dialed in!

Would like to get to 170. I stopped drinking sweet tea which is how I lost 15lbs a few years ago but this time I haven't lost it like I did last time. I might have to get more serious with my diet!

Diet is really the key on whatever you want to accomplish. I'm down about 9 since the 10th of feb. Cut out all soda, all fried, as much processed as possible, and eat 5-6 small meals a day. Soda and sweet tea are just an awful mess for the body. I don't do some elaborate gym routine. I do a a full body workout, hiit, full body, liss, rinse/repeat with an off day if I just feel gassed or sluggish. I'd also suggest the lose it app on iphone. It does wonders for tracking my calories to make sure I'm not too high or too low. Its weird how over xmas I'd have dessert after every dinner and now I can't stand to even look at it.

That's cocaine I think....

My wife has been on a diet, so meals are one meat one veggie. I've been eating the same since I do most of the cooking, so I've been losing a little without even trying. She's lost 7 pounds in the last 7 days already! Should have a bikini body ready by boat time!
