Good news is property taxes finally came down and taxes are now $1000 less a year.
Bad news is it ain't a $275k house. Price negotiable.

Hey thanks. It'll be a big financial burden gone. It's a shame the only good investment aspects of home/property ownership up there are either necessity (somewhere to live) or emotional (cool vacation place).
And at that, renting is actually a much more sound financial decision.
