just reading this now, its got me thinking. I have a one piece engine cover, and its inevitable that its going to end up damaged sooner or later. The problem I have with it now is the vinyl is starting to go pink (annoying as its only a couple of years old). I'm thinking I could get creative with a Seadek (or similar) material design covering the entire engine cover. Big Mastervraft Shield maybe....
