2010 x1

Looking at getting a 205v and found a 2010 x1. Not sure on what the newer x1's are worth as I don't see many of them for sale. The one I am looking at is in great shape, no tears in vinyl, no major scratches in the gel.
It has:
mcx engine
gps perfect past
Stock ballast with KGB
bimini
2 of the stock tower speakers with the lights built into front of the cans
Swivel boat racks
Single axle trailer
snap on cover
380 hours on boat

Owner is asking 40,000 which seems high to me but again I haven't seen many of the newer x1's for sale and amazed how well boats are holding there value.

Sounds about right considering you're looking at the newest and possibly best version of that hull. Link below will tell you what they are currently selling for.

To me, 33-35 in prime time would be resonable? 40 is way high

Yeah 35 is what I was thinking a fair price would be. Actually offered 35 and it got turned down. Was debating offering more as it is a nice boat, but also don't want to overpay especially this time of year.

I think one in great shape is worth close to 40K. I sold my '08 X14 (which should have comparable value) for around that much. I'd always pay a little more for a very well kept boat, than look for a steal. You're probably also dealing with a seller who isn't sure he wants to sell it unless he gets his price. Or close to it.
