Amen here we go, archery season starts here in Texas Saturday, have a couple I am trying to get to come out in the daylight!!

couple of nice ones there mastercraftka, what area of TX? I have several places, the stand I posted yesterday is in Freestone county, another in Crockett county near Ozona, a couple different places in Burnet & Lampasas counties.

the Freestone place is low fence MLD3 that we are started to see good progress on mature bucks, gettings some up into the 140s B&C range, a few above 150 ... if we can keep the other hunters in line with the management plan on 5.5 y/o trophy but overrun by hogs.

Thanks! We are in the hondo/dhanis area Medina County.

My buddy outfits he has about 30k acres leased. Val verde , kinney, and zavsla counties.

just before dark Sept. 30, hanging (live) weight 192 lbs, rough aged at 6.5 y/o, this was on my Freestone county lease. One of the biggest bodied WT I've killed in TX.

Wife put a nice seven pointer in the freezer last week and we have been limiting out on divers in South Dakota the last two weekends . Heading there Friday for my annual ten day trip then time to hit the bow stand hard as have a couple of 150 class bucks starting to show up
