Looking to try surfing, what do you think of this board?

So I would like to try surfing and I don't want to pay for a brand new board if I don't like it. I think I would like to budget under $250.

I have option to buy the board pictured. Any thoughts on this as a beginners board?

What do you think it would be worth?

Thats a fun surf style board! I've had mine for about 5 years now.

Agree - solid board but the 4.6 size is for smaller folks

4.6 boards can work fine for larger riders if they're fatter. Length isn't the only thing to consider. That said, I'd still pass on that board.
