well after all that work on the tank i put my weight down on it and it cracked all the way down the seem.... 😡

After searching online and failing to find a suitable replacement i found a used tank in a salvage yard but it was too long and the filler hole was on wrong side.. Had it chopped and altered by my local welding shop...

I now have a new used aluminum 30gal tank.... pics below.....

Today I wired and installed upper dash/bezel/panel and all new gauges, installed depth gauge as well.. Tmrw I'll do lower panels and then dash decals..

Also got back aluminium front grill and navi light from power coating...
