For that price I had to go ahead and get a 30 soft side for next to the dog house on the 205, I'm going to try to use it and my 36qt AO this year and get rid of hard coolers.

I used reship.com to get my order to Canada. It works fine. Costs you for shipping but we Canadians are used to that. RTIC shipped it free to the reship warehouse and I paid to have my order consolidated into 1 box and reship sent it from there.

30 minutes after I ordered them I got a tracking number saying they are shipped. Pretty damn good if you ask me.

anyone notice this at the end of some of the descriptions?

"RTIC has accidentally sold drinkware products that include YETI’s trademark “YETI,” that are not from YETI. YETI is not affiliated with RTIC in any way and YETI did not approve RTIC’s action or these products. Customers or retailers may return any such products to RTIC for a full refund or replacement, at RTIC’s expense, including shipping. This notice is being provided pursuant to a Court Order."

i realize they made an identical product but never knew they were "accidentally" branding them incorrectly.

They settled with Yeti and agreed to redesign their hard coolers. See post #270 for the redisigned look.

So does the RTIC 45 fit in the boat where the factory cooler goes?

Had my factory Cordova cooler handy, so here are the measurements (seems to me RTIC 45 would be too big):

Top Length: 21.75"
Bottom L: 20.375"
Top Depth: 13.125"
Bottom D: 12.125"
Height: 14.175"

Buddy and I once did an ice test between this Cordova and Yeti (Tundra 65). This MC Cordova cooler held for almost a full two extra days. Not sure vs. RTIC and not exactly apples to apples size wise, so just FWIW.

You and I probably have the same MC cooler and I don't think the 45 will fit based on the rough measurements I took in my boat. I ordered one anyway last week. It says it is backordered and is estimated to ship June 21st.
