Pontoon boat pricing

Hey guys, I'm thinking of adding a pontoon boat to the fleet. Looking at a 2007 Crest Savannah LSTX 22 RE tritoon. 150 HP Honda with 327 hours. Does not include a trailer. From the pics it looks to be in good shape except carpet probably needs replaced. Any tips on what might need to be looked at? Dealer boat. Asking 20k. Thoughts on price? Thanks.

Seems a bit high to me. We bought a new 22' Bennington with 90 Merc in 2012 for 22k although used pontoons seem to be selling for a premium

If that Honda outboard has carbs instead of FI, stay away. I had an '05 with carbs that I had to get rebuilt annually. If I remember correctly, '05 or '06 was the last year they put carbs in their motors. I now have a '13 Honda with FI and it runs flawlessly.

I'm trying to talk my father into buying a toon (or I may buy one for him) and am also interested in opinions on what one should expect to pay for a quality used model.

If you are in weedy water you should avoid Honda as the water outlet will get clogged
If it needs carpet it is at least a 30 hour job and go to restorepontoon.com and get the vinyl . Did this over the winter and love it . No more mold

Outboard can be a large part of the value there. I assume it's a newer than 08 efi motor.
