Probably a call to Seadek would be good. Keep us posted. I have the same style platform and the raised texture of the fiberglass also scratches the bottom of all my skis and boards.

I can try to get a picture of my platform next time I am near my boat so the little knobbies are more obvious to others.

If you want to try a less expensive product, you could try Hydroturf. This is what I used on a textured fiberglass surface, although mine is like an orange peel texture, not pyramids or whatever. Hydroturf is very sticky and have had one great season with it so far.

I put Gator Grip on the swim deck of a previous boat I owned(before MC) and it held up several years with good results. It was a textured deck and held fine.

Be careful. I used hydro turf on mine and it was a complete disaster. The hydroturf actually seperated between the layers and bubbled up in heat. Talked to hydro turf and they agreed it was an issue they had seen before and thats why it was discounted. I had to tear it all off...sand the platform again and reapply their new product. Same issue. It would stop when you cut the areas with a razor blade (which you couldn't see) but it was a pretty crappy product for a large area application.

The good stuff is the good stuff for a reason
