I agree 100% with this. The customer service I got was excellent. I had issues with the board rack covers I ordered. They were replaced promptly and without hassle. But, I was expecting a much more substantial product, like you said, a heavy neoprene cover. These are very light weight and tear at the seams pretty easily.
