I agree with the comments on the new 2019 Silverado ... maybe it will grow on me but not yet ... just got this 2015 for my son ... He replaced the rocker panels and wheel well on the 2007 rust bucket and there are new rust spots so we found this at my friends dealership

Official Tow Vehicle of Mastercraft

I just bought a Ram 1500 Limited. Looked at all makes but none of them come close to the ride and luxury of this truck except maybe the Ford but after spending $3k unsuccessfully trying to get my F150 eco boost to run without misfiring I wasnít going to buy another. Love how I can raise and lower the Ram to connect the trailer without touching the trailer jack! The Hemi is a proven engine and provides 400 hp. Plenty of pulling power for the X2.

That is funny they have that add at the bottom now. I was wondering when they would show that connection. Ever since 2003 in their brochures they have had Tahoes ect towing the xstar/prostars. Also, on Instagram a few weeks ago they were very clearly showing off the Yukon Denali as part of the "X22 tour".

I'll hang my hat on a duramax any day. Towing in the mountains with NO gear shifting is an unbelievable feeling. At this level, the engines/transmissions are so close, it is tough for reviewers to find anything significantly different like they could in the early 2000s. Thus, its really up to personal preference on looks and what people consider the most reliable.

I say we stick a Cummins with an Allison and the suspension/front end of a ford... not sure what the interior would look like, but if that were built, I don't know if I would care.....

Nothing but issues out of our 2016 Yukon. After owning 2 newer model Explorers with 0 issues for years before the Yukon I will stick with my Fords moving forward.
