Hose disconnected?

Disconnected hose in images attached: Had some cooling/overheating problems so my boat storage guys (certified mechanics) said they had to clear out some debris after I went through some funk-water. Anyway, he called me and said that the boat was fine to run, but that he needed to do something else to it....Of course, I called for him and found out that he just quit. I would have one of the other guys there (1 1/2 hours away) look at it, but the boat is in my driveway ready to go on a trip tomorrow.... What do I need to do? Am I safe on the water like this?? It looks like something I can easily fix myself, but should I mess with it?

Tennessee J; Can you resize your original picture to 650 in the long direction and post each picture individually? I cannot see clear enough in these pictures to tell what is going on.

Which hose is disconnected? If it's cooling and they cleared debris, I'd think it'd be on the intake side most likely (unless it got hung up in the muffler).

I'd agree myself as long as we're talking about the hose in the second pic

Hopefully this attachment is alittle clearer....I would guess that it's the blower hose if I had to...
