Finally got my daughter up on skis this summer. She just turned 7 and I would consider her an advanced intermediate to expert snow skier so I thought this would be easy. We started long line as we don't have a boom. She would get up and immediately fall forward. Finally, this Labor Day she got on my buddies BF200 with the boom and up she was. I asked what the deal was. She said "It's the opposite of snow skiing! You can't lean forward!" I never thought of that. Anyway, that's finally behind us.

There's nothing these two love more than spending a day at the lake. I would have to agree!

Awesome pic. I've got to warn you - your kid ready to move on and you not prepared for that moment is so, so very much hard. This you will better understand in about 17-18 years. I've enjoyed every second with mine, make sure you do the same.
