Original air chair is good for learning to get out of the hole and learn to fly. Limited though.

Limited, yes. But it can all be done on an original Air Chair just not as easily or as big. Landed my first flip on one of those - and in the days before towers.
$500 might be a stretch - that sold for about $750 new - in about 1995.

Yeah I've had this one for 2 summers, paid 600 for it. It is a blast and now I'm ready to upgrade. I've ordered a Pro SS with shock tower and all the cinch belts. Prob keep that one for a couple years then maybe move up to the bigger better ones.
