The only way they could have improved this ad would be with a set of jumper cables and a can of starting fluid on the bow seat. I guess a few Milwaukee's Best empties and an empty pack of Basic cigarettes could have added some character as well.

I am almost positive that its a satelitte radio receiver, my guess is that he put up up there so it wouldn't interfere with the tower. The Wally who installed mine put it in a spot where the windshield hits it when open all the way so I can see someone wanting to put it in a place thats out of the way.
