75 surface temp on the boat on Tuesday. Sad thing is that is a decrease from Sunday. Come on August get warm!!

82! I didn't see it myself, but there's a thermometer at the marina. We usually get to 84 by end of August...

Lake Wylie, SC 88 in Crowders Creek Cove, 86 in the main river. My female riders are complaining the water is too cold. I have resorted to picking them up throwing them off the boat when they hesitate.

Weather for the next week is supposed to be cold (wont even get into the 80's) and rainy Maybe I will head down to the nuke plant or up to the steam plant where the water is a bit warmer. at least the majority of the pontoon boats and tubers will be off the lake and the water will be better for surfing and wake boarding.
