Prostar 197 trailer for X14

Does anyone know if an x14 will fit on a prostar 197 trailer.
Thinking of selling my 197 and buying an X14 but the x14 is without trailer.
Thanks

197 = 19ft 7in, x14 = PS214 = 21ft 4 in. You are likely gonna overhang the back of the trailer quite a bit...like 1ft 9in. X14 / 214 is much bigger boat

Besides the fact that the X14 won't even fit on the 197 trailer is the problem of the X14 being a V-drive with the engine mounted in the stern. The axle on the 197 trailer (or any other inboard trailer) will be way too far forward to have proper balance.

If you're assuming he's taking about an X-14V... But he said X14. I bet it will fit for a short trip (maybe not enough tongue weight with DD or V) but the factory trailers are made to the hulls. An aftermarket trailer properly setup would probably be a better long term solution that using the 197 trailer.

X14 is much wider. I'd just buy a boatmate trailer
