Can anyone confirm if these are the same as the pumps on a '16 X2?

I can't ... but will happily take pics or provide you measurements to help you.

I'm 95% certain the motors are the same but pretty sure you have a different quick connect fitting and would need a fitting like in link below or splice in your old fitting. I'm not 100% if the fitting in the link is what you need but you could call wakemakers and ask.

Measure the plug you have on your pump and with this link below we can determine if you have a DT or DTP plug. My guess is you have a DTP plug and these pumps are wired for a DT plug. Newer boats moved to DTP plugs in ~2013. It seems you could change out the plug but you'd need duestch connector tools.

Is there a way to buy the pump part that is missing to make a complete pump on the cheap?

I'm guessing no, but maybe. I know just the impeller is $25 thus would guess they would charge a pretty penny for the pump part considering its machined brass.

I know they wouldn't sell just these motors which is why I wanted to offer them up considering most people just need the motor since the pump doesn't 'break'

My pumps are 13 years old and on their way out. I was just thinking the other day that my pump heads are in great shape, I just need to replace the motors.

I ordered 3 and they look to be a perfect fit. Sadly I won't be able to install them until this winter.

Thanks for saving me $300!!!

FWIW - These make GREAT oil change pumps. Just bolt them to the top of a 5 gallon bucket, put a hose on one end into the bucket (drill a hole in the top) and the other end of the hose goes over the drain hose on the motor.

Same size hose works for the transmission too! :-)
