Seems legit. The seller just doesn't seem to be terribly motivated. Quite a boat. If it is legit my guess is less than 200 hours. Maybe just another garage queen?

I don't doubt it's legit, but like you said not very motivated. To me the boat is priced right and looks to be super clean.

I talked to the guy on the phone, followed by a few text. Still no answer on the hours so I pretty much moved on.

Must not be too motivated I guess. I am running across this myself on my search for a boat. My price point is much lower though.
