Good catch -- after further research and comparing more pics of this and other similar boats/towers, your right -- it does appear to be slightly bent.

Spider cracks and hard water spots galore!!! Thjis boat was not attended too and I guarantee if an owner allows water spots like that he hasn't maintained other things!!! There are better boats, glad to see you walk!
