Today I took boat out 2017 xt20 w/ premium audio package. Balance in all zones was off and I’ve never messed with them. Did factory reset now the driver controls won’t turn on. Any pointers or do I need to taker it in?

You have a JL System right? Something like that happened to me and it took my dealer to sort it out.

Its now been a month and a half without a single post from Klipsch. Maybe we should shut this string down?

I would like to know more directly from Klipsch on the Zone Control availability in 2018 NXT's. It sounds like this will be a factory option on 2019 models, but will it be available as a part we can buy for the 2018 Models?

To those whose main complaint is about the SPL of the Klipsch system- they bear some liability if the system damages someones' hearing, so that may be a consideration. Basically, if you want to go deaf, delete the OEM system and buy your own that can achieve your objective. If there's no delete option, and this was adjudicated in favor of car buyers in the early 1980s, MC will have to find a way to allow this. If the touch screen is involved in the Klipsch system and it uses NMEA 2000, other brands should be able to work to some degree.

Hi bbenj10,

Any plans for new features or upgrades would come directly from MasterCraft and their dealers. If they have released any info along these lines, your dealer should be able to assist. If I hear any news from MasterCraft I can share, Iíll be sure to update.

If Klipsch is out there, would you tell us when the first software update is scheduled to become available and what features/fixes are in it?
Any software updates would come directly from MasterCraft and through their dealer network.
