wow BMX was my life back before I could drive. Used to race in the early 90's, even won my state championship for NBL once. I had some cool bikes and was an idiot with them. I moved and left them in a friends basement for too long that he let a scrapper take them about 5 years ago. Lost my Free Agent race bike and a vintage hutch. All of them had nice parts on them too.

I still have my Redline I bought new in 1985. I'll have to get a photo of it. Can't remember the model. I know I always wanted a Redline RL-20A, but parents wouldn't let me get one.

I had a Raliegh R11XL but man did I want a Redline.

I also liked Race Inc, Skyway, Haro, Hutch and GT.

I worked with guy for a couple years (circa early 2000's) and found out he was a sponsored BMX racer. Traveled the world it was nuts, would have never known it of you looked at him. cool stories, and his kids race now.

Haro GT with mag wheels when I was a kid. Of course watched the Rad movie a zillion times. The magazines back then were pure candy for kids. Can’t remember the names of the magazines.

I still have a stash of those magazines somewhere! A guy we used to race with started his own bike company and a friend of mine even worked for him. Nearly crapped myself last year when I saw his bikes in Walmart, guess he made it big. We used to stick his stickers all over my highschool and no one knew what it meant.
