Well, my smoker doesn't compare to 35th's but I still like it.

LyfeTyme double door with vertical smoker. Takes a bit to get it up to temp but then it holds for hours.

I call this my Meat Temple. All hail to the Meat God!

Mainly do Ribs and Pork Butt because they are near impossible to screw up. But lately I've been loving a good cut of short rib.

Nice stone work.

I've been very tempted, lately, to build a very large outdoor pizza oven. Plenty of DIY stuff on the net about it. The biggest reason I haven't done it yet is we plan to move to the lake once my wife retires. I don't want to build it twice.
