Filled the ski locker and the under the bow until the cup holders popped up. There was only three of us so I found I needed a little more weight in the front. I took one of the 400's that were in the rear and put one of them in the bow walkway. Not too shabby but I think I need to list it a bit more as it washed out pretty quick.
you fill the opposite side of rider as well hey ive never tried that ?

I didn't when I only had the 400 bags in the back. With the 1,100 bags in the back and a 250lb guy sitting on the port side I figured I could throw 200-400 in the starboard side and still keep the boat listed to the port. There was only 2 in the boat and one surfing so I tried to load up as much weight as I could.
