The best part of buying a whole tenderloin is you can make little medalions for breakfast steaks and save the chain and trimmings for some awesome burgers or philly cheese steaks.

Let's not forget the main reason for buying a whole tenderloin, the Chateaubriand that will happen mid week!!

Made a 1/2 of a prime rib. This one was 26 ounces. Picture is before the Aus Jus and I overcooked it just a bit but still really good.

Definitely NO leftovers!

Bacon wrapped pork tenderloin topped with bold n spicy bbq sauce, a dribble of maple syrup, rosemary and blue cheese crumbles. All slow cooked on the Big Green Egg.
