All girls in my house......no matter what you are planning, you set the departure time 30min earlier than you really plan to leave....i.e. realize that they will always be 1/2 hour late and plan for it.

Only guys in the dawn patrol...

Couldn't have been happier when my daughter wanted to take her friends to the lake for her birthday!

Sounds like an easy solution. Nothing is easy when it comes to women, really bc they are on their own time.

You do the cooking and cleaning. Who are they to complain about that? Gets you brownie pilots and out on the water sooner.

Oh my gosh! Let's go!

Oh my gosh!...I love it. I get up at 3:30am every morning to be at work at 5am, So my internal alarm clock has me up by 6am eveyday. And my wife is currently a stay at home mom, we have one baby girl 3 years old. So they both sleep in till 8-830 then she gets her coffee, has to drink that, then eat, get dressed, then by oh! I'd say 10 o'clock their ready to go do something. Omg at that point I'm going nuts. Thank god i work 6 days a week. I have at least 4-5 hours to do stuff before they are ready (On my days off). On those days I speed up the process by cooking breakfast, cleaning up the house, yard, etc, etc. that way she has no excuse to be late but some how she always does. I think it's just because she wants to be a pain😡 in my tookus.

Good luck with woman, I can't understand them 😁

This is an enormous pet peeve of mine but I've learned to deal with it. I just head to the boat before everyone else and get situated. Best I can do.

Make maters worse, water is PERFECT before 11am at my home lake. I send pics to the family to hurry up. They don't. Then complain about the chop of the afternoon.

you should leave at agreed time and if they are not in the truck than you will pick them up at the dock when they get their.

Got a regular group that dawn patrols at 6am...7am at the very latest. Usually when I get back to the dock/house around 9:30 my teen daughters and wife are eating breakfast....

If we need a 3rd, my daughters are good sports and one of them will get up and hang out in the boat....usually pajamas on wrapped in a blanket with a hot tube
