1985 on a 1997 190 trailer?

Tires of not having trailer brakes, and I have a lead on a 1997 190 trailer in great shape local. How feasible is this? Not afraid of a little fab work, as bud is pretty good with a welder. Thoughts?

Whats my 85 trailer worth?

Are you towing this thing with a car that you need trailer brakes? I cant see the whole thing weighing more than 3000lbs

I would think the overall value would go down to an MC enthusiast, and up for regular buyers.

You might be better off just fixing up your trailer and adding electric brakes. Then you have all new, instead of slightly less used, and all interested parties would probably value it better during resale

what kind of shape is the original trailer in Aric. Maybe adding electric brakes to it may be a course of action.

I believe my 81 is on a 190 trailer, what's left of it, you would need to double up the bunk boards or shim to keep the boat from hitting the fenders.

I tow with an f150. It is definitely noticeable when trailering that I don't have brakes. I don't ever plan on selling the boat, so I'm not to concerned with that. What's an electric brake kit cost?

Have you thought about adding brakes to your trailer?

How much would that cost? If I can get that trailer for a grand, would it be worth it?

Plus the cost to fab and weld on the caliper attachment points to the axle.
