Jumped in to a cheap holiday

Just thought I would let you all know I am gradually recovering from a nice little accident and am having a year off of water skiing as a result. I was reroofing our Shearing Shed and fell through the laser light onto the timber floor approx. 16 feet below. I have no memory of the accident due to my brain injury but also came out with a broken wrist, broken Sternum, at least six ribs also, two compressed vertebrae and ended up with pneumonia and a blood clot in the lungs. This happened back on 12th September and I haven't done much since let alone get our boat in the water!! I think I will stop giving you guys a hard time about it being Winter over there. Have fun.

Really sorry to hear. You don't kid around when you get banged up. Best wishes for a full and reasonably quick recovery.

I haven't been on this site long enough to know most of you yet, but am really sorry to hear of friends on here getting hurt. Especially to the degree as you Peter. Hope your recovery goes well and you'll be back on the water. Best wishes.......
