Hard to steer X10

Has anybody had steering wheel issues on an x10? My boat is a 2014 and just noticed today thatís really hard to turn the steering wheel. Idle and during speed. It makes a clicking sound as well.

Any recommendations ?

Yes, I had the same issue on my 2013 X10. Your steering rack and pinion needs to be replaced. My went from being hard to turn to next to impossible. It’s a quick fix for the dealer and some guys can do it themselves. The toughest part is fishing the cable through.

Yes agreed. You need to replace the steering cable. Do a search on here, there should be plenty o' threads on it. I just replaced mine on my '02 Star. Fun job.....so worth it though. Cable was $200 from a dealer.
