I just saw one of the pavatis pictured in this thread at the lake. It’s been a while since this thread was updated. Wondered since time has passed, if anyone has more info on the aluminum hulls. It was asked here why MC or other boat manufacturers wouldn’t go to aluminum if it was so much better. Wondering if thats where we are headed. Only drawback I’ve heard about the Pavarotti hull is that it has to be “re-wrapped” every 5 years, at like $4grand every time. (No idea if this is accurate claim or not).

If I remember right I think they have a full warranty on the wraps for 7 years. I may be wrong on that though. I’m pretty good at being wrong sometimes.

Ya I was wrong. Wrap is guaranteed for life. Pavati warranty is crazy good.

No way the vinyl and adhesive will last that long - if its out in the sun... 3M Avery who ever.. 6 years is max.. maybe 7 years will get you a prorated replacement..
