It probably isn't as dangerous as the picture looks. We used a "side skier" on either side of the adaptive skier and pin all 3 at the same time. Often we actually swing in and hold onto the sit ski

I've got a 2005 197 that just turned 502 hours that I'm thinking of selling. Nice boatmate trailer built for it also. Only reason I'm interested in selling is my brother just a bought a 197 and our ski club has a boat. I don't believe 2 guys need 3 ski boats. Thinking about going to a v-drive.

We were using side skiers, but the time it takes to setup the lines and restart them if someone fell took way to long. We will still use a side skier if the need is critical but typically we follow with 2 jet skis and jumpers. The boat is probably doing about 10mph when coming through the drop zone. All the catchers hold their hands high so the drivers sees them all and the jet skis fall back when the boat goes through that zone.

Eric, looking at an X2 currently. Something simple to tug around but still serves the purpose. My wife wants more room and something "baby" friendly and she really like the X2's I've showed her. Not pregnant yet but she's got the fever...
