Guys,
What’s kind of car, truck, van or sportscar should I buy?

Gotta be more specific. Star is a great boat but has some downsides.

Information needed:
What kind of water do you typically go out on? Rough, smooth, big water?
What’s the split of activities? Footing or skiing desired?
Length limits?
Wakeboarding skill level?
Any vehicle towing restrictions?
Want warranty?
Normal crew size?

60k is a good chunk of money to play with. Lots of options so need info to narrow down to the best bet.

Not likely I;d have 60k burning a hole in my pocket anytime soon, biut if I did, I'd pick up a 17 or 18 Nautique for 55k and put 5k in the bank for gas for it for 2 seasons.

Going by the title's question, probably trade up to a newer to me (2008 or so) 197 if I could find one in all red gel or an early 90s BF200 and the rest would go in the bank

I know...pretty fricken boring..

I would say the newest X30 you could find or even x23 if your lucky. If you have $60k to put as a down payment you could still keep monthly payments very low and pay the loan of extremely fast. And that would get you in something great.

Or put down that $60 on a new NXT22 and get that 5 year warranty and a boat that can do it all. Great deals going on now with summer closeouts and in store credits.

If I have 60 grand to burn, I would buy a 1978, 21ft Spectra V-drive Totally Redone
then I would buy 2018 Road Glide Harley
Then I would put the rest of the moola to pay off the house
