you have to get in the engine compartment and take a pic.. I bet as others said bolt from outside....

to fix is probably a bit of fiberglass work.. cut out all the damaged fiberglass... then lay in all new then re-gel it.. if you know what you are doing probably a week of work on and off.. otherwise someone will fix it for you quickly and reasonably... if you aren't hung up on matching colors... keep it out of the water till fixed though..
