Prop shaft out of tolerance specification?

Does anyone know the actual spec as to how much out of round or run out a prop shaft can have? I have a slight vibration after a prop strike and installing a brand new prop. I checked the shaft and it only has 8 thousandth run out. That doesnt seem to be a lot but I'd like to know the actual spec so I know if i should replace it or not.

Purchased and replaced the prop shaft, brand nee from Mastercraft. Exact same vibration is still there. No changes at all. Anyone have any other ideas? Strut bushing? Brand new prop bad out of box?
