So what is the big difference between these two models? I just read a bunch of reviews for each and they both sounds like they're well liked.

About $100 a pair haha. I am sure the MM sound better (no experience on the 2), but they best sound better for over $100 for a pair.

Well I suppose that's about as good of an explanation as I could ask for. 🤣 I think I might go with the DBs this year and go with a decent deck and maybe an amp then save up for some better speakers next year. Anything is gonna be better than what I have currently!

This post got me thinking on new speakers again and being I have 6x9s too it's very limited on the selection compared to round. Anyways crutchfield has buy one get one 1/2 off right now. I personally would either like kickers or the mb quartz with the led lights look cool but no reviews on sound so hard to figure if they are worth it.

Well, this is what I went with. Kindof a hodge-podge assortment but it's a vast improvement of the current setup. Thanks for all your help!
