I would list it for $39,500 so that you can be under the $40k mark.

Take a look at the post from the very nice guy helping out his buddy who beat the p*ss out of his 215. It's beat, broken, doesn't have the X series package on it, was used in saltwater and has 600 plus hours on it. And after all that people are saying it's worth $30K - $35K (which I personally think is very high). Now imagine someone looking at that boat and your excellent condition boat with all the options they expect for $39.5K (Blackhawk makes a very good point there). Which one are you going to buy? That is if you have half a brain.......
