As far as the breakers go, I'm pretty sure there's a nut under the rubber boot. Try this- wrap some duct tape or painters tape around some needle nose pliers (to protect the rubber boot), and try turning gently. I recall the boot sort of 'snaps over' the retaining nut. Once you get the boot and nut off, they should just slide out the back of the panel. Sorry I'm not more help, it's been 3 years since I did mine.

You are welcome for the kind words. You were right about the rubber boots actually being the cap and with some firm persuasion they will twist off.

In need of a full set of control panels for a 1996 Maristar 225 VRS.
If possible relabeling accessory # 1 switch to Heater.
Relabel accessory #2 to Shower .
