Would a ZFT3 tower off of a 2008 X-2 fit on a '06 215 Maristar?

Probably not. The beam of the 15 is a little wider.

All but the header bar, which could be ordered.

And a header bar will run me how much? I'm seeing numbers in the $2600 range from MC Parts Depot. Is there another source?

psbudz,

I have a used ZFT3 tower header bar from my 2007 X15 (MS215) for sale. It has a blemish (not dented) in the finish in one small spot.

PM me if you're interested.

That is not the "whole" tower. You don't see what's missing? Like the other two leg plates?

I have little to no interest in having to swap out parts to install a tower. Just makes things more complicated than necessary.

The ZFT3 will fit on the 215, however it won't line up with the existing mounting plates, so some modification to the boat would be necessary.

No, it is the factory brushed aluminum finish. Includes the internal wiring. Ready to be bolted on.

The marina where it was stored brushed up against something when pulling the boat out for the day and marred a spot. We asked the local MC dealer to try and fix the finish but wasn't up to my standards so I had them replace the entire header bar with a new one ($$$).

Prob is I'm stuck with a header that I don't need until (if?) I sell it. I don't like that scenario.
