XT is a crossover hull...the X is geared to surf/wake. The fit and finish of the X is also slightly better than the XT...ie: lounge chair seats, sea deck on gunnels.

Kids 13 and under without life jackets. Bugs me that MC wouldn't recognize the need to be lawful.

X22 is the X23 replacement. Just a few inches shorter, and an improvement all-around. As mentioned, the XT is a cross-over, the X22 is a deeper V.

Anyone know if an X22 will fit under an 8ft garage door like the X23 does?!??

I think the X22 will likely surf about the same so... I hope it fits because no other X series does at the moment. Might have to switch to another brand if not!
