Timing marks on 95 prostar Indmar

I found the timing marks on the pulley, which someone obviously tried to highlight 10 degrees BTDC, but am just confirming that the other picture is showing the correct indentation that you are supposed to line up with the pulley marks. Being so far away from the pulley it would see like there is the likelihood of not a great deal of accuracy in the setting. Is this it?

I would get some timing tape.. but 10 degrees btc vs. 10.3 or 9.7.. is close enough
