84 prostar exhaust flange

I have an 84 Prostar that needs exhaust flanges. I found another thread from 2012 that had a link to replacement flanges on the Skidim site. I booked-marked the page for later, but when I went back they were no longer available.

FF to 2015, I have still not found any replacements that have the 8 hole mounting. Does anyone have any new ideas?

Just give ski dim a call, they should be able to get you one. They may not have updated inventory on their site???

The best place to buy used to be: http://www.waterskis.com/

I just looked and they don't show any on the website.

The only place on the web that had the proper 8 bolt / 3" flange.

The ones waterskis.com (midwest MC) sold were SS replacements. Spendy at $100 each, but bolted right in.

Ask me how I know.

I would call them and ask if they have a line on some for you. I'm guessing these were a custom run done for them. They were not a factory part.

The original 3" flanges are NLA.

Also try skidim. They ones they sell are not perfect but can be modded to work (so they say). Call them. They are super helpful folks.

What really sucks is the 3.5" (94+) flanges are easy to find and cheap ($15)...

Thanks guys....

Just called Skidim & they are searching, & will call back. waterskis.com will be my next call.

I'm perfectly happy going with Stainless, & Hardin Marine says they can make me a pair for about $150 each.

Wanted to update earlier, but work caught up to me. Skidim was not able to find any, but I need to say they were VERY helpful. 2 calls back to me with more info each time.

I will be calling the other 2 suggestions tomorrow.

You have pictures of what your looking for, or what you have? I replaced my stock exhaust tips on my 94 and still have them. I doubt their the same size??

So I finally got around to taking pics of my own flange. I didn't notice in the pics above the bolt holes are staggered. Mine are not.

They sure do look like what I have. What is the diameter of the opening and the overall diameter?

The randomness of the screws is probably because they weren't pre-drilled and no template used during manufacturing.

I'll take a few pics of what I have and post up.
