skyskiguy - thanks. That is what I wondered about when looking at the hull design - did it go that low - and i guess it has too. Good to know on the bobv5 cup size. that is one of the specs I have been looking at to see if there is cup size variance.

I’ve got the wakemate slim. It fits on the bottom portion of the hull but I haven’t got to test it surfing. Wave looks nice but not sure how much push it adds. I also need to add 1500 lbs. last summer we used the sylvan off Amazon. It sucked and mounted high on the hull. Got a better wave listing the boat.

Mission Delta. I started off with a lower cost model, and it worked great. One day during a vacation it disintegrated, and I was forced to purchase the only model available to me that day (Mission Delta). It has been a night and day experience. Worth every penny in my mind.

Tsunami Wake Gate - http://tsunamiwakes.com.au/

This goes back 3-4 years. It had a price just over $100 or so, and I decided to give it a shot. It appears that the company has changed since then. Based in Australia now, at a much different price point. Regardless, I found the Mission Delta to be a breeze to install, never falls off, and overall improves the wave. I think it was close to $400, so I had some pain with that price point not knowing if it was going to be any different. It was, and I'd buy it again. Maybe they should sponsor my gas bill this summer for this lengthy plug!

How big are the cups on the mission and how large of an area do you need to mount it? I just bought a nauticurl and it needs a 5x13 inch area.

The best wake shaper for that hull is about 1700 lbs of weight in the right place.

Did you mount the mission delta at the bottom of the hull?

Nothing other then water weight. That vid is with only 2 people in the boat. Granted it is with a custom sack and some other mods but it was surf ready in under 10 minutes.
