98 Prostar 190 Trailer

I have a Prostar 190 with a trailer that shows it was manufactured in San Marcos California. I have not been able to find a Vin # on the trailer but was able to find a 5 digit number welded to the bottom of the frame. Does anyone have an idea who the manufacturer could have been?

Thanks

Look for little white stickers in various out-of-the-way places on the trailer. No VIN stamped on mine, but probably 10 stickers with the VIN.
