Looks to me like he had to replace the axle and couldn’t find or didn’t want to pay the price for the actual replacement.

You should have called the cops. That boat was being stolen! No way the owner of that doesn’t have a lifted truck. Maybe he was borrowing a buddy’s truck...

maybe they replaced the axle and put it on upside down causing the tires to rub the fenders and had to put spacers in to clear? odd that is an offset axle with minimal ground clearance along the axle, should be flipped over.

when I first looked the picture the only thing that I saw was the satellite dish off the right side of the tower but then realized it was a board in the rack.
